Chem Film Operator/Painter Helper
Are you detail oriented and take pride in completing accurate work? Are you able to read and follow specific guidelines and criteria in finite detail? Do you enjoy being left alone to systematically work through your task list to deliver compliant product?
Essner is seeking a Chem Fim Operator/Painter Helper to process aerospace product and complete accurate quality records. The ideal team member is able to be left alone to focus at the task at hand and deliver high quality work.

Paint Team Lead
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Engineering work order directions (Processing times, sequence, paperwork, and logs)
- Rack and Hang parts for processing
- Keep an organized work center
- Prepare painting materials and product for paint applications
- Layout or hang parts for Painters
- Complete required documentation in-line with quality requirements
- Support continuous improvement activities for the department
- Maintain accurate Work Center Dispatch List
- Other ad hoc opportunities to support business objectives as required
Basic Qualification:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- One (1) year of experience painting
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP/ MRP experience w/ Epicor
- Experience working in chemical conversion or painting fabrications for Aerospace
- Five (5) years of experience
